Downloading and Installation

If you are accessing First Class by using the login link from the CyberHigh website (www.cyberhigh.ca/login), you should download the First Class program.

 

Using the First Class program, rather than the webpage login, allows you to move around the school easier, and to access all the content (e-mails, lessons, etc.) with a better interface.

 

Click here to access the latest FirstClass software. This will open a new browser window, and take you to FirstClass website: www.firstclass.com.

 

Step One:

Choose the appropriate software for your computer.  If you have a PC, select FirstClass for a PC.  If you have a MAC, select FirstClass for MAC. The download page should look similar to this:

Step Two:

Download the software by either clicking on the link for the latest version, or by "right-clicking" on the link and choosing "Save As"

 

Step Three:

When the software is finished downloading, double-click on it to run the installation program.

 

Step Four:

Setup the software with your username and either www.cyberhigh.ca (or www.holyfamilycyberhigh.ca) as the server name. The server name needs to be entered in the setup information. To do this:

  • Click on the advanced button and select setup.
  • Where it says "Fill in server is accessible via the network" put in www cyberhigh.ca
  • Click Save

Enter your username and password in the login screen and click the green arrow to the login (or press enter).
